Health Insurance Information, Counseling and Assistance Program (HICAP) offers counseling and information on Medicare, Medicaid, Medigap, and long term-care insurance.  This hotline is open from 9AM-2PM, Monday thru Thursday.

This hotline provides information on the New York State Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Covverage (EPIC) program.

This hotline provides information about certified home health agencies and is operational from 10:00AM to 4:00PM , Monday through Friday.
